JOB DESCRIPTION

A School District in the Katy Texas area is seeking 9 Field Analysts to join their team. The Analysts will be distributed to provide campus support for teachers and onsite support to the students once school is back in session. They will be assigned a certain school and assist with classroom set ups and repairing Chromebooks and Workstations. The Analysts will help with basic IT issues. Common issues they will troubleshoot are login issues, password rests, repairing screens, missing keys, connectivity issues, etc. The ideal person will have a basic understanding of IT support. They will be required to sit onsite every single day as remote work is not an option. This position works 8 hour days Monday-Fridays.
