Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Services Engineer – Data Center to provide onsite data center operations, server hardware support, and customer-facing technical assistance. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on server hardware experience, Linux administration skills, and basic networking knowledge who thrive in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Required Skills
· Hands-on experience with server hardware troubleshooting, repair, and parts replacement
· Basic networking knowledge
· Linux CLI experience and ability to read Linux logs
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
· Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work on ladders when required
· Willingness to work flexible schedules, including after-hours and weekends
Preferred Skills
· Prior Dell Field Service Engineer (FSE) experience
· RoCE networking experience
· NVIDIA GPU/NIC experience
· Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day data center operational support
· Diagnose, repair, and replace server hardware components
· Perform OS installations, firmware upgrades, and GPU configuration
· Monitor systems, collect logs, and support break/fix activities
· Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and data center teams
· Manage tickets, inventory, shipping/receiving, and technical documentation
· Support hardware deployments, system testing, and operational validation
· Act as the onsite technical point of contact for operational issues and escalations
