Field Analyst

The Field Inspector/Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our projects. This position is responsible for conducting on-site inspections of asphalt and concrete surfaces, documenting conditions, and ensuring work meets company standards and safety requirements. This role works closely with operations and sales to support successful job execution.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting on-site evaluations of parking lots, roadways, and paved surfaces to assess overall condition.
• Compiling clear, detailed reports outlining findings, damages, and recommended repairs.
• Ensuring all work complies with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Conducting field measurements to accurately assess the scope of work for repairs.
• Facilitating communication between the sales and operations departments for smooth collaboration.
• Inspecting pavement, curbing, drainage and lighting for safety wear.
• Taking photographs and collecting data to compile detailed maintenance reports.
• Ensuring we meet local and federal regulations.
