Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Facility Operations functions, including knowledge of principles, standards, and techniques of safety and occupational health management, and applicable federal, DoD, and host base regulations pertaining to the protection of the environment.
Knowledge of inventory management and supply support operations.
Experience being a part of a high performing team including the ability to take direction, provide direction when required and perform to exacting standards, utilizing strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal/external project stakeholders including Key U.S. Government Customers and LM Program Office Leadership.
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret DoD security clearance prior to starting this position. Obtaining a Security Clearance requires US citizenship.

Who You Are
This individual will serve as the deputy site lead, assisting site manager with all administrative and supply support functions pertaining to site operation for Space Fence program including:
Supply Support: Responsible for the management of all material requirements in support of Sensor Site 1 (SS1). Responsible for care of Government furnished property/equipment. Ensure Maintenance spares and spare parts for key IT assets are stocked at SS1. coordinate all material movement from/to SS1 and the Space Fence Operations Center (SOC) with applicable Depots and suppliers.
Inventory Management: Monitor on-site stock levels and demand of consumable items required for maintenance, administrative support janitorial, and shall replenish items as required. Monitor on-site stock levels and demand of repairable items, required for maintenance, and shall replenish and adjust sparing levels as required. Packing, Handling, Shipping, and Transportation including the management and coordination of warehousing activities, inventory audits, and import/export control.
Applicants should be aware that there is limited medical care on the island. Applicant must be capable of working within a small group of highly motivated and trained professionals who provide facilities, radar, mechanical, electrical, IT and electronics support 24/7. The team environment is critical for mission support.
