Expert Opportunity - M&A Analyst ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About This Opportunity

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced M&A analysts who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for M&A analysts with 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: discounted cash flow valuation models, comparable company trading analyses, credit risk memos, leveraged buyout models, covenant compliance summaries, and investment committee memos.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
