• Create easy-to-read Excel dashboards and tracking sheets using formulas (like XLOOKUP and IFS) and Pivot Tables.
• Gather and connect data from sales, inventory, and customer databases into single, clear reports.
• Regularly clean up monthly sales data by removing duplicates, fixing errors, and filling in missing information.
• Spot any data errors or weird numbers and work with the IT team to make sure our systems stay accurate.
• Create template reports so that every department uses the same accurate, professional format.
• Look into unexpected drops or jumps in sales, web traffic, or stock shortages to find out exactly why they happened.
• Break down data by region, product, or customer type to figure out where we can increase sales or improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years
• Education: master of data analytics
• Skills: sales reporting, analytics and reporting, data analysis and reporting, data visualization & reporting, advanced excel, sales performance tracking, excel dashboards, sales analytics, ms excel, performance dashboards
