  • The Opportunity
  • The Web Data Loft is live in San Francisco and already buzzing. We want it to be the Bay Area home for developers and AI builders — the space the SF tech ecosystem talks about, returns to, and prefers. We're looking for the hands-on owner who makes that happen.
  • What You'll Own
  • End-to-end event execution — from intimate 20-person executive dinners to 150-person hackathons. You handle setup, day-of orchestration, breakdown, and all vendor negotiations (catering, AV, production, security, and more).
  • VIP & executive experience — when a partner CEO, investor, or community leader walks in, the experience is seamless, premium, and unmistakably Bright Data.
  • Field marketing & pipeline — partner with the AMER Field Marketing and BDR teams to drive pipeline through the Loft. Know your SF targets across AI/non-AI, new/existing logos, and Mega/non-Mega accounts — and make sure in-space experiences convert.
  • Community & partner development — build relationships with the SF developer ecosystem and make the Loft their default venue. Represent Bright Data at external meetups, community nights, and ecosystem gatherings across the Bay Area.
  • Feedback & program ownership — run a post-event NPS and feedback loop, reporting signal weekly to Field Marketing and GTM teams. Own execution of the 100-Day engagement plan and scale it into a full yearly program.
  • What We're Looking For
  • 3–4 years in a similar role: high-growth tech startups, co-working spaces (WeWork, Industrious), event production agencies, or hospitality-forward environments
  • Strong fluency in the SF tech ecosystem — founders, developers, investors, and community culture
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves executor with operational rigor and a real love of builder culture — non-negotiable.
  • Because events frequently occur outside standard business hours, the position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed.
  • Attendance at on-site events during non-traditional hours is an essential function of the role.
  • This is a field-based role. The Loft is your home base.
