Job Details:

• Title: Lead ETL Consultant
• Duration: Full Time Employment
• Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid) – 2 days onsite
• Job Description:
• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end to end ownership of EDW/data platform operations across SQL Server, data marts, and reporting layers.
• Lead design and optimization of data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Informatica / SSIS.
• Drive modernization roadmap towards cloud data platforms (Fabric/Databricks).
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reconciliation across clinical, financial, and operational datasets.
• Design and support high volume reporting architectures (SSRS/Tableau/BI reporting ecosystem).
• Act as SME for stored procedures, business logic, and EDW transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business KPIs into scalable data models and dashboards.
• Drive automation, performance tuning, and capacity optimization of EDW environments.

Required Technical Skillsets:

• SQL Server (EDW architecture, performance tuning, indexing)
• Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, stored procedures)
• Data warehousing concepts (star schema, data marts, dimensional modeling)
• Informatica PowerCenter/ IICS
• SSIS (advanced pipeline development, orchestration)
• ETL performance tuning & optimization
• Exposure to Databricks / Spark (preferred)
• Cloud data platforms (Azure Fabric / Lakehouse concepts)
• Batch + streaming ingestion concepts
• Data provisioning for dashboards and SL reporting
• Metadata and lineage awareness
• CI/CD basics for ETL deployments
