Skillset Includes:

• Expertise in formulating a test strategy for application rewrites and modernization projects.
• Hands-on experience testing legacy-to-modern migrations with logging, audit-trailing, and regression-testing in place.
• Deep understanding of migration testing challenges, such as data integrity, performance, and functionality equivalence.
• Experience creating testing frameworks for data validation, transformation logic, and business rule alignment post-migration.
• Data and Business Logic Validation: Experienced in validating complex datasets, transformation logic, data mapping, and data integrity.
• Tool Agnostic: Open to adapting to the best tools suited for the project (rather than being locked into specific test tools)
• Strong Analytical and Domain Knowledge
• Ability to understand complex rail data systems, workflows, and business rules.
• Prior experience with domain-specific testing in rail or large-scale data processing systems.
• The capability to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and validate migrated data and systems.
• Familiarity with core standards like safety, uptime, and reliability in critical applications.
• Technical Automation Proficiency
• Experience building and scaling test automation frameworks for modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud-based or distributed architectures).
• Skilled with tools like for functional testing, as well as Postman or RestAssured for API testing.
• Proficient in data validation and ETL automation using tools like Python, SQL, or specific data-verification/testing frameworks.
• Performance Testing and Reliability Validation Expertise
