ETL Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using IBM DataStage.
• Work on Data Warehouse projects involving data extraction, transformation, and loading from various source systems.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot ETL failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Build and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and operational support.
• Develop Python-based solutions for data processing, validation, and automation requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements.
• Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

• Qualifications & Skill
• s:Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL methodologie
• s.Hands-on experience in IBM DataStage development and support project
• s.Experience in designing and building DataStage solutions and ETL workflow
• s.Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQ
• L.Hands-on experience with Python scripting and automatio
• n.Good experience in Unix/Linux scriptin
• g.Experience working with Hive and/or relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or PostgreSQ
