We are seeking an ETL Developer to join our data engineering team and contribute to enterprise-scale data integration and data warehouse initiatives.

Job Summary

We are looking for an ETL Developer with 1–6 years of experience developing and maintaining data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica, SSIS, SQL, ETL development, and data warehousing.

You will work with data engineers, database developers, analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to build efficient, accurate, and scalable data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines.
  • Build ETL packages using Informatica and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and data transformations.
  • Extract and integrate data from multiple databases and source systems.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Develop mappings, workflows, packages, and reusable ETL components.
  • Monitor scheduled ETL jobs and troubleshoot failures.
  • Identify and resolve data quality and integration issues.
  • Optimize ETL processes and SQL queries for performance and reliability.
  • Support data warehouse and data migration projects.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and data validation.
  • Document ETL processes, mappings, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with data architects, developers, QA engineers, analysts, and business teams.
  • Support production deployments and resolve data-related incidents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica and/or SSIS.
  • Strong SQL development skills.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration architecture.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including facts, dimensions, and star/snowflake schemas.
  • Experience with data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-quality issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
