Role Description The ETL Developer role is a full-time, remote position focused on designing, building, and maintaining Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes that support reliable data integration across systems. In this role, the ETL Developer will develop and optimize data pipelines, implement data transformation logic, and ensure data quality and consistency within data warehouses and analytics platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, creating technical specifications, and troubleshooting performance or data issues. The ETL Developer will also monitor existing workflows, implement enhancements, and contribute to overall data architecture and documentation to support scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Extract Transform Load (ETL) concepts and hands-on experience with ETL Tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Data Integration and Data Modeling to design robust, scalable data pipelines and warehouse structures.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to diagnose data and performance issues.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes, and modern BI or analytics platforms is beneficial.
• Experience with cloud data environments (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and version control tools is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
