- Hiring: ETL Developer | Charlotte, NC – Hybrid
- We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer / Data Engineer opportunity supporting AI-powered Customer Operations and AI Ops initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- • 7+ years of ETL/ELT or Data Engineering experience
- • Strong hands-on experience with Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow and Alteryx
- • Experience building scalable data pipelines
- • Strong GCP and AWS data engineering experience
- • Data ingestion, transformation and orchestration
- • Experience with structured and unstructured data
- • Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge
- • Data quality, error handling and pipeline optimization
- • Production troubleshooting and monitoring experience
- • Exposure to AI/ML, Agentic AI, Conversational AI or AI Ops is a plus
- • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
