Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Validate ETL/ELT data pipelines across Bronze (Raw), Silver (Cleansed), and Gold (Curated) Medallion architectures.
• Perform source-to-target mapping verification, data quality checks, and complex business logic validation on Medicaid/MMIS datasets.
• Write advanced, multi-table SQL queries and Python scripts to perform automated data reconciliation, null checks, and referential integrity testing.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to create comprehensive test plans and lead defect triage.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) daily to streamline test-case generation and SQL writing ($\ge$90% weekly usage required).
• Key Requirements:
• Deep proficiency in SQL and modern database platforms (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong scripting skills in Python for data validation and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Medicaid/MMIS data migrations or healthcare domain datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
