Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking an ERP Lead Analyst to support NYU Langone Health's enterprise ERP strategy and optimization initiatives. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping evaluate, enhance, and optimize ERP capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will be focused on business analysis, process improvement, ERP strategy, and system evaluation rather than pure project management. This role will partner closely with operational, finance, HR, and supply chain teams to ensure ERP solutions drive efficiency and support organizational goals within a complex healthcare environment.

Must Haves:

• • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or Functional Lead supporting ERP initiatives
• • Experience with ERP strategy, evaluation, optimization, and business process improvement
• • Hands-on experience participating in ERP implementations, selections, upgrades, or optimization efforts
• • Exposure to enterprise ERP platforms such as Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar systems
• • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
• • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
