Are you looking to build a career in financial operations with a global financial institution? We're seeking an Equities Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced team supporting the post-trade lifecycle of equity transactions.

In this role, you'll help ensure trades are accurately processed, confirmed, and resolved while partnering with clients and internal teams to minimize operational risk and deliver exceptional service.

• What You'll Do
• Support the affirmation and confirmation of equity trades within established timelines.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by partnering with clients, brokers, Sales, and Trading teams.
• Respond to client inquiries related to trade confirmations and post-trade activity.
• Monitor high-priority transactions and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Trading, and Compliance to ensure accurate trade processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in financial operations, trade support, reconciliations, settlements, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
