- Compensation: $115,000 to $125,000 base salary
- Overview
- Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Operations Analyst to support, optimize, and expand Epicor ERP across multiple business units throughout the United States.
- This is a remote role with travel to company facilities for hands-on support, training, implementation assistance, and operational guidance. Travel will be heavier at the beginning, up to 50%, as additional business units are integrated into the corporate Epicor environment. Over time, travel is expected to taper down to approximately 10 to 15%.
- This role is ideal for an Epicor professional who enjoys working directly with users, solving operational challenges, improving processes, and helping manufacturing organizations maximize their ERP investment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Epicor ERP Support
- • Provide day-to-day functional and operational support for Epicor 10 and Kinetic users across multiple business units.
- • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and support practical resolutions.
- • Support both on-premises and cloud-based Epicor environments.
- • Serve as a user-facing Epicor resource for questions, issue resolution, and process guidance.
- Manufacturing & Operations Support
- • Support Epicor processes across production management, manufacturing operations, scheduling, MRP, and MES-related activities.
- • Assist users with shop floor workflows, job management, labor reporting, and operational transactions.
- • Partner with operations and production teams to improve accuracy, efficiency, and ERP adoption.
- Inventory, Supply Chain & Purchasing
- • Support inventory management, inventory control, purchasing, and supply chain processes within Epicor.
- • Assist with material flow, purchasing workflows, inventory transactions, and supply chain reporting needs.
- • Help standardize Epicor usage across inventory, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Finance & Cross-Functional Support
- • Support ERP processes that connect operations, finance, supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing teams.
- • Gather business requirements and recommend process improvements.
- • Translate user needs into clear support actions, system requirements, or enhancement requests.
- Implementation, Upgrades & Business Unit Onboarding
- • Assist with Epicor implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and business unit onboarding initiatives.
- • Support testing, validation, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- • Travel to business locations as needed for onsite support, training, rollout assistance, and issue resolution.
- Training, Documentation & Optimization
- • Develop and deliver end-user training, process documentation, and support materials.
- • Help improve user adoption, process consistency, and system usability.
- • Support reporting, data analysis, BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and system optimization when needed.
- Required Qualifications
- Epicor ERP Experience
- • 3+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience supporting Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic.
- • Experience supporting Epicor users in manufacturing or operational environments.
- • Experience troubleshooting system issues and supporting business process improvements.
- Manufacturing & Business Process Knowledge
- • Strong understanding of production management, inventory control, supply chain operations, purchasing, financial processes, MRP, and MES.
- • Ability to work directly with operations, production, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Implementation & Environment Support
- • Experience supporting Epicor implementations, upgrades, business unit rollouts, or major system enhancements.
- • Experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based Epicor environments.
- • Comfortable supporting multi-site or multi-business-unit ERP environments.
- Communication & Travel
- • Strong customer service, communication, and end-user support skills.
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% initially, tapering down to 10 to 15% long term.
- Preferred Qualifications
- • SQL querying and reporting experience.
- • Experience developing or supporting BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and Epicor reporting tools.
- • Experience with Epicor data analysis and operational reporting.
- • Prior experience supporting multi-site or multi-company Epicor environments.
- • Exposure to business process improvement, ERP optimization, and system enhancement initiatives.
