  • Epic Willow Analyst (Willow Inpatient or Willow Ambulatory Certified)
  • We are seeking an experienced Epic Willow Analyst to provide ongoing maintenance, optimization, and production support for Epic's pharmacy applications. This is a 100% remote position supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the continued stability, performance, and enhancement of the Epic Willow environment.
  • The ideal candidate must be currently Epic certified in either Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) or Epic Willow Ambulatory (Willow AMB) and have experience supporting production environments in an acute care or integrated healthcare setting.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing application maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Epic Willow.
  • Configure, build, test, and implement application enhancements, upgrades, and requested workflow changes.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze business needs and optimize pharmacy workflows.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and release activities for Epic upgrades and new functionality.
  • Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues while meeting established service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain application documentation, build specifications, and support procedures.
  • Partner with cross-functional Epic teams to ensure seamless integration with related Epic applications.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Current Epic certification in either Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) or Epic Willow Ambulatory (Willow AMB) is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Epic Willow build, maintenance, and production support experience.
  • Experience supporting pharmacy workflows within a healthcare organization.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently manage support tickets, prioritize workload, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Arrangement:
  • 100% Remote
  • This position is focused on ongoing application maintenance, operational support, and continuous improvement of the Epic Willow environment rather than a new implementation.
