- Position Summary
- :Health System is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst with strong Specialty Pharmacy and Retail Pharmacy experience to support ongoing build, optimization, and support of the Epic Willow Ambulatory application. This role will work closely with pharmacy leadership, clinical operations, and IT teams to design and support pharmacy workflows across ambulatory, specialty, and retail pharmacy environments
- .Must have Willow Ambulatory Build Knowledge, new pharmacy build, medi-span updates, cost updates, insurance card build, Epic PO
- SThe ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows, including specialty pharmacy operations, retail pharmacy functionality, medication management, and integration points across the Epic ecosystem
- .Key Responsibilities
- :Design, build, configure, test, and support Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality across retail and specialty pharmacy environments
- .Support and optimize workflows related to specialty pharmacy operations, retail pharmacy dispensing, and medication management
- .Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system build and enhancements
- .Participate in system upgrades, optimizations, and new feature implementations
- .Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing application support for Willow Ambulatory users
- .Support integrations between Willow Ambulatory and other Epic applications such as EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart, Beacon, and revenue cycle modules
- .Assist with testing, validation, and deployment activities including unit testing, integrated testing, and go-live support
- .Maintain documentation related to workflows, build specifications, and system changes
- .Work with cross-functional IT and clinical teams to improve pharmacy efficiency, medication access, and patient safety
- .Position Qualifications
- :Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (required), Epic Willow Inventory Certification (a plus
- )4+ years of Epic Willow Ambulatory analyst experience
- .Must have Willow Ambulatory Build Knowledge, new pharmacy build, medi-span updates, cost updates, insurance card build, Epic PO
- SHands-on experience supporting Specialty Pharmacy workflows within Epic
- .Experience supporting Retail Pharmacy operations and dispensing workflows
- .Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows, medication management, and Epic pharmacy functionality
- .Experience performing system build, configuration, testing, and support within Epic
- .Ability to gather requirements and collaborate effectively with clinical and operational stakeholders
