- Role: Systems Analyst
- Location: 100% Remote
- Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
- A Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and designing technology solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that technology solutions meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Evaluate current systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions. Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in system design, configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
- Provide support during system deployments and post-implementation activities.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare training materials and assist end users with new system adoption.

- Epic integrated projects – advanced
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of databases, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
