What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Complete assigned Epic certifications, training, projects, and testing
• Provide technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to project teams
• Assist departments in defining requirements for new systems and support project planning
• Develop comprehensive test plans and participate in cross-functional integrated testing
• Provide technical support to system end users and manage incident ticket resolutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in information technology application development in a healthcare setting
• At least five years of Epic experience
• Must possess at least two Epic certifications and demonstrate proficiency in assigned modules
• Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience in leading system design teams and managing project plans

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with ambulatory and hospital revenue cycle workflows
• Knowledge of scheduling, registration, patient accounting, HIM, and authorization processes
• Familiarity with vendor selection processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to analyze current state and develop alternative solutions
• Previous involvement in change management and optimization activities
