Epic MyChart Analyst with Welcome/Cheers/Campaigns

• Our client is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to join the team and support the continued optimization of our patient engagement ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of the MyChart platform, ensuring a seamless digital experience for both patients and providers.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, as you will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders to bridge workflow gaps. Your primary focus will be on the patient-facing application, but you will also interface with backend scheduling and registration systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Cadence, Prelude, and/or EpicCare Ambulatory certifications.

Experience:

Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience with MyChart, Welcome, and Cheers/Campaign.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement patient communication strategies using Cheers/Campaign to improve engagement.
• Configure patient-facing workflows, including registration, appointment scheduling, and in-basket management.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to patient data entry and portal functionality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the patient journey from pre-visit to post-discharge.
