Job Summary:

• We are seeking experienced Hospital Billing (HB) and HB Claims Analysts to support a large-scale Epic initiative. These resources will primarily focus on production support, ticket resolution, system maintenance, and keeping the lights on while also assisting with upcoming migration efforts.
• This is not a build or implementation role. The team is looking for analysts who excel in supporting existing Epic HB applications and ensuring operational stability during system transitions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day Epic Hospital Billing (HB) production support.
• Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot user-reported issues.
• Perform ongoing application maintenance and system optimization.
• Support "keep the lights on" activities to ensure application stability.
• Participate in Epic migration initiatives by providing operational and application support.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Document issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Required Qualifications
• 6–8+ years of Epic Hospital Billing (HB) experience.
• Strong experience supporting Epic HB Claims (preferred for Claims Analyst openings).
• Proven background in production support, maintenance, and ticket management.
• Experience supporting Epic application migrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous Epic consulting/contract experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare organizations through Epic upgrades or migrations.
• Epic HB and/or HB Claims certification preferred.
