HB / HB Claims Build Install Analyst
Must Have:
- • Lead or support full implementation cycle build: new member kick-off/set-up (on-site 2–3 days), discovery and design sessions, build sprints, UAT (on-site 2–3 days), and Go-Live support (on-site 1 full week; remaining support via virtual command center).
- • Configure and build Epic HB Claims modules including claim edit rules, claim hold/release workflows, claim status work queues, EDI 837 transaction files, ERA/835 posting, clearinghouse setup, and payer-specific claim requirements.
- • Build and troubleshoot hospital billing claims workflows to ensure clean claim rates, accurate reimbursement, and efficient denial management pipelines.
- • Provide Go-Live 'At the Elbow' support on-site (3–4 trips per assignment).
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: PB, CDM, coding, and managed care to ensure end-to-end revenue cycle integrity.
- • Manage workload across 2–3 concurrent projects/installs; travel is consistent and scheduled in advance.
