Title : Senior Epic ClinDoc Analyst/Epic Monitor Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Epic ClinDoc Analyst with strong MyChart Bedside / Epic Bedside implementation experience to support a major Epic Monitor (Patient Monitor) initiative for a leading Pacific Northwest healthcare organization.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Initial 3-month increment with extension)
Key Responsibilities
▪️Design, build, and configure Epic Patient Monitor displays, including digital signs and patient room whiteboards
▪️Define and configure patient-facing clinical information such as:
▪️ Vital signs trends
▪️ Pain scores
▪️ Intake & Output
▪️ Mobility and activity status
▪️ Care plan milestones
▪️ Fall risk indicators
▪️ Medication schedules and task completion
▪️ Daily patient goals
▪️Build and optimize ClinDoc Flowsheet Rows (FSRs), Templates, and Documentation Workflows
▪️Develop and maintain SmartData Elements (SDEs), SmartLinks, and SmartForms
▪️Configure MyChart Bedside / Epic Bedside display components and Patient Monitor activities
▪️Build display rules and conditional logic for various patient populations and care settings
▪️Validate integrations with physiologic monitoring devices and ensure accurate data flow
▪️Perform end-to-end testing and workflow validation across inpatient nursing operations
Required Qualifications:
✅ Epic ClinDoc Certification
✅ Strong ClinDoc Flowsheet Build Experience
✅ MyChart Bedside / Epic Bedside Implementation Experience
✅ SmartData Elements (SDEs), SmartLinks, and SmartForms Expertise
✅ Inpatient Nursing Workflow Knowledge
✅ Experience translating clinical documentation into patient-facing displays
