Epic Clindoc Analyst

• Job Title: Epic ClinDoc Analyst
• Location: 100% Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc / Orders or stork Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of inpatient clinical workflows within a healthcare environment. This role will play a key part in enhancing nursing documentation, flowsheets, and physician order sets to improve overall patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Epic ClinDoc and Orders or Stork functionalities
• Configure and optimize nursing documentation, flowsheets, and order sets
• Develop and maintain SmartForms and SmartTexts
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders (nurses, physicians, and leadership) to gather requirements and translate them into system build
• Support full-cycle implementations, including build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live optimization
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies

Required Qualifications:

• Active Epic ClinDoc and/or Orders or Stork Certification
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle Epic implementations
• Strong expertise in:
• Flowsheets
• Order Sets
• SmartForms / SmartTexts
• Solid understanding of inpatient clinical workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical background (RN preferred)
• Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
