Divurgent is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst with strong Mammography imaging workflow expertise to support a large healthcare organization's ongoing optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Radiant and related imaging systems. This position is ideal for a hands-on analyst with a deep understanding of diagnostic imaging operations, Epic build, and end-user support.

While the role is primarily remote, candidates located in the Northeast tri-state area are preferred due to occasional onsite support requirements for major project deployments and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement Epic Radiant solutions to support clinical and operational imaging workflows
  • Support mammography workflows, scheduling, order management, image management, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with radiologists, mammography technologists, imaging leadership, physicians, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Perform Epic Radiant build, maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide tiered support for end users
  • Participate in system testing, workflow validation, integrated testing, and go-live support activities
  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, training materials, and system specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Cupid, Cadence, Orders, MyChart, Healthy Planet, and third-party imaging vendors as needed
  • Support regulatory compliance and quality initiatives related to breast imaging and mammography services
  • Assist with project planning, change management, and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

  • Epic Radiant Certification (current or previously certified with ability to obtain proficiency as required)
  • 3+ years of Epic Radiant analyst experience in a healthcare environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting and building mammography workflows
  • Strong understanding of radiology operations and imaging department workflows
  • Experience with Epic upgrades, enhancements, integrated testing, and issue resolution
  • Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, RIS, and imaging integrations
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting breast imaging centers or mammography programs
  • Additional Epic certifications or proficiencies
  • Experience with large-scale Epic implementation, optimization, or migration projects
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, or related field
