We are seeking an Epic Application Systems Analyst to support the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of clinical and business applications. This position will primarily support Epic Cadence and work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure applications meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support Epic Cadence applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and system failures.
Configure and modify applications based on business and user requirements.
Participate in application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
Develop and maintain application reports and documentation.
Perform QA testing and validation prior to releasing system changes.
Monitor application performance and perform routine maintenance.
Work with users to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Participate in projects and manage assigned tasks through completion.
Required Qualifications
Epic Cadence Certification – REQUIRED.
Minimum 3 years of relevant application/systems experience with a high school diploma/GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, and testing enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Additional relevant IT or Epic certifications.
