- Job Title: Epic Application Analyst
- Location: 100% Remote
- Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Epic Application Analyst to support the design, build, testing, validation, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic clinical applications. In this role, you will act as a key technical resource, ensuring that our systems align with clinical and operational objectives while delivering exceptional Tier-2 support.
- Key Responsibilities
- System Development & Maintenance: Design, build, test, validate, and support assigned Epic applications.
- Workflow Optimization: Participate in future-state workflow development and system build, consistently identifying opportunities for application optimization and enhancement.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate complex application issues and develop effective, sustainable solutions.
- End-User Support: Provide Tier-2 application support and maintain an in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and application functionality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, third-party vendors, project teams, healthcare professionals, and leadership to support clinical and operational goals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain highly accurate application documentation and strictly adhere to established change-management processes.
- On-Site Support: Travel as required to support Epic training and Go-Live activities.
- Required Qualifications
- Certification: Active Epic Cupid Certification is strictly required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related experience, with direct experience in Epic Implementation and/or Epic Connect.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of resolving complex application issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage strict deadlines and balance multiple competing priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Active Epic Radiant Certification.
