We are seeking an experienced Epic Applications Analyst III to support the implementation, optimization, configuration, and ongoing support of Epic EHR across an integrated healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Epic implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects.
Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Epic applications.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
Develop reports, dashboards, and support data analysis.
Perform testing, change management, and end-user training.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare IT standards.
Mentor junior analysts and provide SME-level support.
Requirements:
4+ years of Epic/EHR configuration and support experience (6+ years preferred).
Active Epic certification(s) in relevant modules.
Strong experience with Epic build, implementation, testing, and production support.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
