- Epic Ambulatory Certified Analyst
- Location: Remote
- We are seeking an Epic Ambulatory Build Analyst with strong EpicCare Ambulatory build experience to support a healthcare client’s ambulatory team. This role will manage day-to-day team activities including ticket queues, demands, user requests, and ongoing application support.
- The ideal candidate will be certified in EpicCare Ambulatory and have experience gathering requirements, supporting deployments, managing application issues, and coordinating with stakeholders across clinical and technical teams. This is a senior-level analyst role requiring strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ambulatory team activities, including ticket queues, demands, and user requests
- Analyze and document business and clinical requirements
- Translate requirements into process flows, specs, and support documentation
- Support testing, deployments, release notes, and training materials
- Perform application support and issue resolution
- Coordinate with project teams and other application teams
- Lead process improvement efforts and mentor junior analysts
- Support presentations, meetings, and stakeholder communication
- Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
- 2–5 years Epic build experience
- Experience supporting healthcare / hospital environments
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Strong user support and issue resolution capability
- Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Epic modules
- Clinical background
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
