We are looking for a high-level EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst for a 12-month contract. This role is focused on production support and operational management within a fast-paced, live healthcare environment.

Focus: Production support, ticket queue management, and workflow optimization.
What You’ll Do:
Manage ticket queues (ServiceNow) and resolve high-volume physician and clinic workflow issues.
Prioritize system defects and coordinate fixes with build and technical teams.
Support clinicians by optimizing workflows and implementing system enhancements.
Requirements:
EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (MANDATORY)
Strong background in Production Support and ticket management.
Proven experience troubleshooting in a live Epic environment.
Ability to work independently and handle high-volume user requests.
