Position Overview

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is adding a Entry-Level Data Analyst to help with building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. As the Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Salary: $71,500 - $80,500 per year

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across product, order, and customer operations in this Entry-Level Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. team as part of Entry-Level Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting product, order, and customer operations in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Entry-Level Data Analyst responsibilities at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.

Qualifications

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Entry-Level Data Analyst opening at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
