About The Position

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Entry-Level Data Analyst to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Your Day-to-Day

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures as part of the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel booking and agent support in this Entry-Level Data Analyst position.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the BiyaheKo PH team as part of Entry-Level Data Analyst work.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel booking and agent support in the Entry-Level Data Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information as part of day-to-day Entry-Level Data Analyst responsibilities at BiyaheKo PH.

What You Bring

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles for the Entry-Level Data Analyst opening at BiyaheKo PH.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
