Entry Level Analyst

Our client is a boutique financial firm in Boston, MA and is seeking an Analyst to join their finance deals team. This is an entry level position.

You will support the execution of complex financial transactions by managing operational processes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring the timely delivery of securities and related services to clients. This is a ground floor opportunity to learn the banking business with a tenured team creating and structuring deals.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• You must be living in the Boston Area - commutable.
• Bachelor's degree (2025 or 2026) in a financial or business management discipline
• Some work experience within a professional office setting
• Strong work ethic, motivated, and a team-first attitude
• Passionate to get into a financial banking career path

This role is on-site at least 2-3 days a week, so you must live in the Boston Area.
