We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business and IT teams. This person will help gather requirements, improve business processes, support system enhancements, and work with technical teams to deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support Agile projects, sprint planning, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with developers and QA throughout the development process.
• Identify and help resolve system issues, risks, and project challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and requirements.
• Support or lead smaller projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst/system experience.
• 3+ years working with SDLC, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience required.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and user stories.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar process-mapping tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred: PMI-PBA, CBAP, CAPM, CSM/AAC certification and/or building or construction industry experience.
