Lead Data & Analytics strategy, architecture, and delivery—bridging business, IT, and offshore teams to enable scalable, AI-ready platforms on Snowflake.
Define and drive enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned to business goals
Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams; translate business needs into analytics solutions
Lead end-to-end data platform architecture including Snowflake, Cortex, ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layer, and BI frameworks
Strong expertise in Snowflake (incl. Cortex) and modern data platforms
Experience in SAP data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines. Lead ingestion and harmonisation of SAP (BW/S4/ECC) data into modern platforms
Deep understanding of BI architecture, semantic layer design, and KPI frameworks
Enable AI/GenAI readiness with strong data foundations and scalable architectures. Working knowledge of AI/GenAI data concepts (RAG, ML readiness)
Strong capability in solutioning, architecture, and delivery leadership
Experience in leading offshore/global teams
