  • Position Summary
  • Seeking a detail-oriented ECN Analyst to support engineering change management, part registration, approvals, compliance, and spare parts administration. The role will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and other teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of engineering changes.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the ECN and part registration process.
  • Process, track, and manage engineering change requests through approval and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records, revisions, and engineering documentation.
  • Generate reports on ECN status, approvals, cycle times, and compliance.
  • Support document control and change management activities.
  • Identify discrepancies and assist with process improvements.
  • Communicate change status and implementation requirements to relevant teams.
  • Support spare parts management and registration/compliance activities.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • 0–3 years of experience in engineering change management, document control, operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP/SAP S4 ERP preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ECN, PLM, document control, revision control, or workflow systems preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or technology environments is a plus.
