Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 07+ Months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (subject to change)
Potential: Extension possible

Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented ECN Analyst to support engineering change management, part registration, approvals, compliance, and spare parts administration. The role will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Field Operations, and other teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of engineering changes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ECN and part registration process.
Process, track, and manage engineering change requests through approval and implementation.
Maintain accurate records, revisions, and engineering documentation.
Generate reports on ECN status, approvals, cycle times, and compliance.
Support document control and change management activities.
Identify discrepancies and assist with process improvements.
Communicate change status and implementation requirements to relevant teams.
Support spare parts management and registration/compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; recent graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
0–3 years of experience in engineering change management, document control, operations, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP/SAP S4 ERP preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with ECN, PLM, document control, revision control, or workflow systems preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or technology environments is a plus.
