Engineer - Software, AI and Data Analytics

We are seeking a Software AI & Data Analytics Engineer responsible for developing data-driven software solutions to support engineering analysis and decision-making.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications and data processes for collecting, storing, processing, visualizing, and analyzing data from wind tunnel testing, CFD, and track operations.

Key responsibilities include translating engineering requests into software implementations, proposing new data analysis and visualization methods, troubleshooting existing software, and supporting data collection during testing sessions. The engineer will produce documentation, report project status, and explore innovative solutions to expand technical capabilities.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience, with 1-3 years in programming, data analysis, full-stack development, and database management. Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, Power BI, Tableau, and experience with frontend frameworks, APIs, version control, and cloud platforms are required. Knowledge of motorsports data, aerodynamic testing, and related technologies is a plus.

The engineer will determine suitable technical approaches, recommend architecture improvements, and prioritize solutions to enhance data processing and analysis efficiency. Working conditions involve physical activity, exposure to hazards, and the ability to make quick decisions, adapt, and solve problems effectively.
