- Position Overview
- The Client Success Team is seeking an EDI Specialist who will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide exceptional support, and ensure a positive client experience throughout implementation and ongoing account management.
- The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, comfortable adopting new technologies, and able to troubleshoot issues while managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage new end-user client engagement and provide pre- and post-implementation support.
- Learn and leverage company technology, tools, and best practices to successfully implement clients on the solution.
- Manage and support client accounts throughout the relationship.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with partners by understanding their business objectives and providing excellent support.
- Support clients throughout the implementation process.
- Apply strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills to resolve client issues.
- Proactively identify and address challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and internal teams.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in HCM or working with a SaaS/web-based application.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies.
- Ability to take ownership and proactively address challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an Account Management-type role.
- Experience with EDI and 834 files is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as an enthusiastic team player.
- Experience supporting clients through implementation or onboarding processes is a plus.
