Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst with strong experience in EDI, data analysis, and customer support.
This role is a great fit for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical data, while communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve issues and errors related to electronic eligibility and premium files.
Review file data, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
Participate in calls with employer groups and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to discuss file changes, requirements, and new implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Experience working with ANSI X12 or similar EDI transaction formats.
Experience troubleshooting eligibility, enrollment, premium, or benefits-related files.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, benefits administration, or employee benefits.
Familiarity with EDI file testing, validation, mapping, and troubleshooting.
