Overview

A leading electrical contractor, is looking for a Project QA/QC Manager to lead quality and commissioning across multiple data center construction sites. Key Responsibilities

Quality & Commissioning Program Leadership

• Manage the quality and commissioning (QA/CX) scopes across multiple data center sites.
• Streamline and standardize the QA/CX process across all assigned sites.
• Evaluate lessons learned from each site and apply them to improve performance on every project.
• Build and track site progress using a live schedule.
• Find ways to improve processes and deliver higher-quality installations.

Standards, Compliance & Training

• Review specifications and installation procedures, and train staff to follow them.
• Set installation requirements and monitor compliance

Make sure site obligations, guidelines, and client requirements are met.

Oversee production to spot and correct any deviations from quality standards.

Team Leadership

• Supervise inspectors, technicians, electricians, and other staff, and make sure work follows established quality procedures.
• Provide guidance and direction to the quality team.
• Lead weekly and monthly team meetings.

Client Communication & Reporting

• Understand client needs and requirements and communicate them clearly to quality and production teams.
• Keep communication open across all projects.
• Gather client feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and support external auditors and inspectors.
• Prepare and present quality updates to senior management.

Data & Documentation

• Collect, compile, and analyze quality data to measure performance and identify trends.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Experience and education (any one of the following): high school diploma with 6–8 years of relevant experience; associate degree with 4–6 years; or bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years.
• Knowledge of electrical single-line diagrams.
• Ability to apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) to solve problems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers, general contractors, owners, and office staff.
• Ability to stay calm and productive under deadlines and outside pressure.
• Proactive and able to complete tasks on time.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without employer sponsorship. Visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is not available for this position.

• Procore experience
• Smartsheet experience
• Primavera P6 scheduling experience
