Electrical Engineer - Data Center

We are excited to go to market to source 1-2 Electrical Engineers to work on a brand new Data Center build in Kansas City.

Working with a major General Contractor on a hyperscale data center build, the ideal Electrical Engineer will be very used to working on a construction site in an execution capacity rather than just in a design role.

The project is set to go on for several years, so this is a long term contract opportunity, with the chance to go FTE. The role would pay per diem and is also non-exempt, so any pre-approved hours over 40 hours would be paid at 1.5x hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Work with electrical designs to execute them in the field, working on your feet to solve problems and issues
• Working closely with the quality team to make sure rigorous standards are met
• Work closely with PMs and Superintendents on the ever changing schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Ideally experience working on Data Center projects, or other mission critical projects
• Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
