- Ultimate Staffing is seeking an EHS Analyst to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite.
- The EHS Analyst supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role assists with regulatory compliance, data tracking, inspections, audits, and employee engagement to ensure alignment with internal standards and applicable safety and environmental regulations. The EHS Analyst partners closely with site leadership and employees to promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stormwater compliance activities and documentation.
- Conduct hazardous and universal waste accumulation area inspections and maintain required records.
- Assist with chemical inventory management, including Safety Data Sheet (SDS) accessibility, storage compatibility checks, and chemical housekeeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records, logs, and documentation.
- Track, analyze, and update EHS metrics and performance indicators.
- Participate in EHS meetings and support communication of safety alerts, toolbox talks, and program updates.
- Identify trends and recurring issues; recommend practical risk-reduction and compliance improvements.
- Support implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay current with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain and update safety and environmental management system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with internal and external EHS audits, including preparation, participation, and follow-up actions.
- Deliver or support safety training, workshops, and toolbox talks for employees.
- Assist in coordinating emergency action plans, including environmental and emergency response drills.
- Monitor and maintain environmental mitigation and spill response kits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Perform additional safety and environmental tasks as assigned by the EHS Manager, following established policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (required)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with U.S. safety and environmental regulatory requirements (required)
- Experience with hazardous materials management (preferred)
- Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and RBA standards (preferred but not required)
