• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with networking, including installation, configuration, and management of networks is preferred.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management.
• Understanding of IT security tools and protocols.

Skill Required / Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related, Required
• Experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting. Required 3 Years
• Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred, Highly desired 3 Years
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications. Required 3 Years
• Proficiency with ticketing systems like JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management. Required 3 Years
