Elevate is recruiting an eDiscovery Data Collection Associate to assist in collecting critical data that forms part of the eDiscovery process. Data resides in a number of systems and needs to be collected from these systems following a very precise method.
You will become a member of an existing team of skilled eDiscovery associates based in downtown Nashville, TN. This will be a hybrid position of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home.
- Specifically, the eDiscovery Data Collection Associate will
- Perform data collections and preservation of ESI (electronically stored information) using different eDiscovery tools and databases.
- Clearly set timeline expectations/priorities and be able to communicate issues that may arise to the customers.
- Maintain a tracking and reporting system used for metrics.
Experience
- Prior experience in the legal industry would be beneficial.
- Prior experience in eDiscovery or Forensic technology highly preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills
- Basic computer skills, able to quickly grasp and work with new systems and applications.
- Knowledge of SQL databases a plus.
- Skills for Success
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight time constraints.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this hybrid role is $19/hour.
