• About the Engagement
• Akkodis is seeking the services of an experienced Duck Creek Business Analysts.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy Administration (Core) and working knowledge of Author, Product Studio, Rating, and Forms (Manuscripts) to support Commercial Insurance product configuration and business solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable Duck Creek solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to deliver high-quality insurance technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• o Analyze complex Commercial Insurance business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and innovation.
• o Assess current-state workflows, gather and document business requirements, and define future-state solutions.
• o Conduct fit-gap analysis against Duck Creek capabilities and recommend optimal solution designs.
• o Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• o Create Duck Creek-aligned functional designs supporting Policy Administration, Rating, Product Configuration, and Forms implementation.
• o Support product configuration activities within Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, Rating, and Forms (Manuscripts).
• o Partner with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and validated.
• o Facilitate requirement review sessions, walkthroughs, and stakeholder signoffs.
• o Lead requirement validation activities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage and resolution.
• o Work across multiple teams to provide integrated business solutions and support key project decisions.
• o Mentor team members and promote best practices to improve delivery quality and consistency.
• o Support strategic business and technology initiatives through research, analysis, and solution recommendations.
