Job Description
Summary:
The main function of a document analyst is to manage, maintain, build and test application letter templates and forms
Job Responsibilities:
- • To be the documentation subject matter expert providing support to various areas/projects across the group
- • Build new or amend existing letters / forms and remove superseded templates in accordance with the owners’ requirements
- • Ensure sign off has been obtained from Risk & Compliance, Tone of Voice and Legal before proceeding with changes
- • Manage and develop the customer relationship throughout the whole process and/ or project
Skills:
- • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- • 2-4 years of related experience.
Additional Role Details:
Works with internal and external partners to support Credit Analysts in the credit application input and submission process.

- 1) Ensures correct documentation is received with appropriate identification if applicable
- 2) Confirms legal name is accurate and registered with the Secretary of State
- 3) Enters credit applications into Salesforce
- 4) Downloads credit documents for the Credit Analysts.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 10+ years experience required.
- Experience working with executives required.
- Performance indicators Education & Experience Required:
Years of experience: 2-4 years of related experience.
Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Will accept master’s if they are willing to complete the job functions.
