Division Order Analyst

A well-capitalized, private E&P company with a diversified non-operated asset base across multiple U.S. basins is looking to add a Division Order Analyst to their team in Fort Worth. This is a strong opportunity to join a lean, high-performing group with direct exposure to a broad portfolio of assets and ownership structures.

What you'll be doing:

• Set up and maintain division of interest (DOI) decks for non-operated assets across multiple basins
• Review and interpret title opinions, leases, assignments, and other ownership documents
• Coordinate with operators to validate ownership, revenue distribution, and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain owner records, transfers, and deck updates in a timely and accurate manner
• Respond to owner inquiries and support internal accounting and land teams
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of Division Order experience within upstream oil & gas
• Strong understanding of non-operated assets and multi-state ownership structures
• Ability to read and interpret title opinions and complex ownership documents
• Experience working with multiple operators and managing high volumes of data
• Proficiency with Excel and industry systems like Quorum
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
