A market-leading energy technology company is looking to hire a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and development of its analytics platform used by some of the world's leading commodity trading and energy businesses.

This is a senior leadership opportunity reporting directly to the Chief Technology & Product Officer, leading an international Product Management team while shaping the future of quantitative analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making across global energy markets.

Responsibilities

• • Own the product strategy and roadmap for advanced analytics solutions used across commodity trading and energy markets
• • Lead and mentor an international team of Product Managers
• • Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial and Executive Leadership to deliver innovative products
• • Drive the development of quantitative analytics, forecasting and AI-enabled capabilities
• • Engage directly with major clients to understand market needs and influence future product direction
• • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies across commodities and energy analytics

Requirements

• • Significant Product Management leadership experience
• • Strong background in commodity trading, energy markets or energy analytics
• • Experience leading complex B2B software products from strategy through delivery
• • Ability to work with quantitative analytics, market data or risk management products
• • Experience managing Product Managers or leading high-performing product teams
